Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies
Makes 30
You will need:
- Antoinette Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 125g unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 handfuls macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter and allow to cool.
- Place contents of large pouch in a large mixing bowl. Add the butter and beat with a mixer, then add the egg and beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips (clear plastic packet) and chopped macadamia nuts.
- Line a cookie sheet with wax baking paper. Drop onto sheet by rounded teaspoonful two inches apart.
- Bake in batches 8-11 minutes until golden brown rotating pan halfway through.
- Remove sheet from oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
